While James runs the company, the name BW holds a special meaning—it comes from the initials of his wife, Brooke Warnick. Though not directly involved in the business, Brooke has been a constant source of support and inspiration. She has dedicated her career to medicine, excelling in her field as a top-tier medical student and graduate. With a deep passion for helping others, Brooke has achieved Tier 1 academic honors and continues to push forward in her journey to becoming a doctor.

While Brooke pursues her path in medicine, James builds homes and communities—each of them driven by a shared commitment to excellence, hard work, and making a meaningful impact. The BW name reflects not only the strength of their partnership but also a legacy of dedication, whether in construction or healthcare.
